Premium Butyl Adhesive 7x7mm Roll 4m

Butyl adhesive with dimensions of 7 × 7 mm and a length of 4 m, perfect for precise sealing in automotive applications. Thanks to its flexible structure, it is easy to mold, cut, or stretch to achieve the required shape and thickness.

The product is resistant to water, moisture, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures. Its excellent adhesion to metal, glass, plastic, or rubber makes it indispensable in car repairs and maintenance.

New packaging includes a fitted styrofoam insert that securely positions the roll and prevents it from deforming during transport.

Butyl sealant is widely used in automotive – it is used for soundproofing and damping vibrations of body parts, sealing lamp covers, sunroofs, doors, and ducts, as well as for sealing windows in rubber profiles and body housings.

How to use:
1. Clean and degrease the surface to be glued.
2. Apply the required amount of adhesive into the groove.
3. Heat the cover using a heat gun or oven (130°C for 7 minutes).
4. Press the cover down and remove any excess material.
